Smoking Policy: Smoking is prohibited in all the enclosed areas within the Resort without exception. This includes guest units, conference and meeting units, hallways, stairs, restrooms, lobby areas, and all other enclosed facilities and areas. Smoking is only allowed at designated smoking areas and all smoking waste must be disposed of. In the case of smoking in a non-smoking area, a surcharge of BDT. 10,000/- will be applied upon checkout.
Fire Safety Policy: The Resort is equipped with fire extinguishers in every unit, along with a fire hose water tank. In the unlikely event of a fire, please follow the instructions of the Resort staff to safely vacate the premises.
Lost and Found Policy: Should any guests lose personal belongings while staying at the Resort, if recovered, the item will be recorded as ‘found’. Our management keeps detailed records of all ‘found’ items and will make a reasonable effort to contact the guest if an item is left in the Resort’s guest unit after the guest has checked out which will be placed in our Lost & Found store/safe box. We will ship items back at the owner’s expense upon request. Any items, which are not claimed within ninety (90) days, will be donated to a local charity or discarded.
Damage Policy: The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the Resort property caused by themselves, their guests, or any person for whom they are responsible. We reserve the right and you hereby authorize us to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to your unit or the Resort during your stay (including without limitation specialist cleaning) or for any items that are missing when you leave.
Disturbance Policy: The disturbance policy at Dream Square Resort is a set of rules and regulations that are in place to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. The policy prohibits any disruptive or harmful behavior that may interfere with the peace and quiet of other guests, including loud music, shouting, and other excessive noise. If a guest is found to be in violation of the disturbance policy, they will be warned and given an opportunity to correct their behavior. If the behavior persists, the guest may be asked to leave the premises without a refund. In extreme cases where the safety of other guests or staff is at risk, the authorities may be called. The policy is communicated to all guests upon check-in and is strictly enforced to maintain a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere at Dream Square Resort. This policy outlines the steps that need to be taken to prevent or address disturbances, and the consequences for individuals who violate the policy.
